A wellness plan is a monthly membership covering the preventive care most pets need. You pay monthly. We bundle the included care into a discounted rate. The plan covers exactly what is listed on the comparison below and nothing else.
A wellness plan is not pet insurance. It does not cover illness, injury, surgery, medication, or emergency visits. Pet insurance covers those things — we recommend Trupanion, Healthy Paws, or Lemonade depending on your pet's age and situation. The two products are designed to work together, not to replace each other.
Honest math: our wellness plans save the average client 15–20% on annual preventive care if they would have done all the included care a la carte. If they would only do some of it, they would pay more on a plan than without. We don't push these plans. We offer them because clients ask for the bundle, and because the math is clean for most households who do their preventive care thoroughly.
Puppy & Kitten Plan
$59 /month
12-month commitment. Converts to Adult Plan at age one.
- 4 wellness exams (puppies and kittens need them every 3 weeks early on)

Annual term, renewing automatically.

- Annual heartworm test + tick-borne disease panel (dogs)
- Annual FeLV/FIV test (cats with outdoor exposure)
- Annual basic bloodwork (CBC + chemistry)
- 1 deworming treatment
- Unlimited nail trims
- 10% discount on dental cleaning
Senior Pet Plan
$65 /month
Annual term. Begins at age eight for dogs and cats.

- Annual vaccinations
- Senior bloodwork panel (CBC, chemistry, T4, urinalysis) twice yearly
- Annual chest x-rays
- Annual blood-pressure check (cats especially — feline hypertension is underdiagnosed)
- Unlimited nail trims
- 15% discount on dental cleaning
- Priority same-day scheduling
How to enroll: tell the front desk at your next visit, or check the box on the new-client form. We will run the math with you to make sure the plan is the right fit before you commit.
What's not included: illness or injury visits, prescription medication, surgery, emergency care, prescription diets, after-hours care, boarding, and grooming. Pet insurance covers most of these. We are happy to discuss insurance options at any visit.

Is this pet insurance?

Can I cancel?
Yes. Written notice required. The Adult and Senior plans cancel month-to-month with prorated reconciliation for services used. The Puppy & Kitten Plan has a 12-month commitment because we front-load the spay/neuter and vaccine series; cancelling before 12 months means paying the difference between what you used and what you paid. We explain this in writing at enrollment so there are no surprises.
What if I have multiple pets?
10% multi-pet discount on additional plans, starting with the second pet. First pet pays full price; each additional pet's monthly plan is 10% off. The household with one dog, one cat, and a foster kitten can save real money this way.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes — we work with all major carriers: Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Embrace, ASPCA, Lemonade, Pets Best, MetLife, and more. We collect at time of service; you submit the itemized invoice to your carrier for reimbursement. We're happy to provide any documentation your insurer requests, including pre-authorization paperwork for elective surgeries.
